Today, we're venturing to the delightful seaside town of Ramsgate in Kent! You see, this queenâs love for pink tutus goes hand in hand with a passionate appreciation for seaside escapades. Now, there's nothing more glamorous than a day spent by the sea, twirling in my tutu and breathing in the salty air, right? It's pure magic!
Before we dive into the Ramsgate adventure, a little bit about how we got here! You know how I love to travel, right? It's my way of spreading the pink tutu love and showing the world how beautiful it can be! Sometimes I take the train, feeling the rhythm of the tracks and enjoying the picturesque views rushing by. But today, the trip was all about the magic of a horse-drawn carriage! Can you believe it? I actually got to ride in one, right through the heart of Ramsgate, feeling like I stepped out of a fairytale!
This journey has been particularly exciting because I managed to book a spot at the fabulous âTwirl and Twinkleâ dance studios, right here in Ramsgate. You've probably guessed, but of course, they have a stunning ballet class in the evenings, perfect for this queen! I was absolutely thrilled to be able to twirl alongside some delightful local talent! The instructor, Miss Clementine, was an absolute delight, with her infectious enthusiasm and encouraging smile. You see, this queen is all about community and inclusivity â bringing everyone together through the love of dance and tutus! We had such a fantastic time learning a new routine!
Of course, I didnât forget to pick up some treasures from the charming boutiques on Ramsgate's high street! You know this queen needs her sparkly embellishments for my shows, right? I found a stunning feather boa, a dazzlingly sparkly brooch, and an irresistible hat trimmed with lace. All in glorious shades of pink, of course! It's practically a requirement when youâre out on a Pink Tutu Sparkles adventure.
My performance at the Mermaid Pier was an absolute hit! Ramsgate welcomed me with open arms! And what a wonderful crowd they were â a delightful mix of locals and holidaymakers! I absolutely loved feeling the energy and seeing so many faces light up with smiles as I spun, twirled and serenaded them with my favourite hits! I had even planned a special âPink Tutu Shoutoutâ for Ramsgateâs own âQueen of the Seaâ competition. It was so much fun to encourage the audience to get on their feet, twirl and scream their support for the competitors. After all, isnât that what this is all about â bringing people together through fun, fashion, and a little bit of fabulousness?
Speaking of fab, have you ever been to the Ramsgate Royal Hotel? What a treasure trove of elegant grandeur! It was a privilege to be able to wander its halls and indulge in a delicious cream tea, accompanied by a cup of the most exquisite Earl Grey tea. Talk about a perfect end to a magnificent day!
As I head back to my lodgings, my heart brimming with joy and my mind full of Ramsgate magic, I just want to remind you â this isn't just a travel blog! It's a reminder that the world can be a beautiful and wonderful place! Just like the vibrant pink of a tutu, itâs up to us to spread the love and share the joy with everyone we meet!
