Hiya darlings, it's your fave pink-loving, tutu-tastic blogger here! Today I'm feeling extra sparkly and ready to share all the fabulousness from my trip to Aylesbury! My journey began in Derbyshire, where I traded my lab coat for my signature pink tutu. It might sound crazy, but you see, I'm a scientist by day and a dazzling drag queen by night. It all started back when I was at university studying science, got swept up in the uni ballet club and… well, let's just say I tried on a tutu for charity and haven't looked back since. Pink, sparkle, and tutus… it was a love story written in the stars, darling!
Off We Go on a Pink Train Ride
Now, as much as I love being a scientist, there's nothing quite like stepping onto a train platform, feeling the sunshine on my face, and heading for a new adventure. For Aylesbury, I went for a glorious vintage train ride. Imagine a scarlet engine, leather seats, and a lovely cup of tea, all topped off with my flamboyant pink tutu. That's what you call first-class travel, love!
Aylesbury's Hidden Gems & Pink Delight
Once in Aylesbury, I decided to walk around and soak in the charming vibe of this lovely town. It reminded me so much of Derbyshire with its cute, quaint little shops and streets. My eye was caught by a vintage shop crammed full of pastel delights - just the place for a tutu-loving queen like me! You know I came out with a beautiful lavender-coloured, feather-trimmed hat to add some extra pizzazz to my wardrobe!
Aylesbury Ballet and the Sparkliest Show
But the highlight of the trip? The Aylesbury ballet performance, darling! I adore ballet, and seeing the talented dancers move so gracefully was pure enchantment. I felt myself whisked away to another world, transported by the music and the movement. I could feel the pink sparkles of my own tutu blending with the magic of the stage, creating an ethereal aura.

Then, of course, came the performance of my own! The crowd at the Aylesbury theatre were just darling. So welcoming, so excited, and I can’t tell you how thrilled I was when a little girl shouted, “Pink tutu! You're like a princess!" The feeling of making someone happy with a little sparkle and a sprinkle of joy? Priceless, darlings!

Let me tell you, Aylesbury lived up to every sparkly, pink dream I had. It wasn't just about the shows, or the pink treats, or even the shopping.
