You guessed it! Pink tutus, of course!
Now, you might think that pink tutus don't quite fit in with the "historical seaside town" vibe, but I'm here to tell you: they do, darlings, they do! I felt like I was right at home. There were vintage shops with tutu-worthy frills on the windows, the cafes were serving pastel-coloured drinks (it's practically a pink tutu theme going on!), and the beaches? Oh my, the beaches! It was almost impossible not to get into a twirly-whirl in all that sand, you know?
Speaking of twirly-whirl, this time I came to Hastings not only to soak up the sunshine but to participate in a fabulous performance at the Hastings Pier! I was captivated by the changing scenery, with the green countryside slowly giving way to the coastal beauty of Hastings. The ride was perfect for observing those charming villages, their cottages bursting with vibrant colors.
You might be wondering, how does a science-loving pink-tutu-wearing queen fund all of these magical adventures? Well, it's my little secret. I make a living in the lab, putting my textile testing skills to the test, all the while keeping the pink tutu dream alive by night!
