Cumbernauld, my lovelies, was my latest train journey stop – I’m totally obsessed with travelling by train, you see, it’s all so glamorous! Imagine: comfy seats, tea and biscuits, and views flashing past your window. Oh, and don't forget the chance to chat to the friendly conductor in my dazzling tutu! 💖 This time, my sparkly travels were fuelled by the promise of a fabulous gig at a local fair – nothing makes me happier than spreading some glittery joy, right?
Now, before we get into the nitty-gritty of my Cumbernauld adventures, let me tell you, this trip had a touch of “pinch-me-I-must-be-dreaming!” Firstly, I had to change trains at that train station - you know, the one with the escalators so long, they feel like you’re on a giant rollercoaster? And then, when I finally made it to Cumbernauld, I had the most gorgeous encounter: a little girl, maybe about six years old, with eyes so bright they could outshine my rhinestones, looked at me with such wonder.

And let me tell you, my heart almost burst! 💕 To be seen as a princess, someone magical, that's the real joy of drag for me, my dears.
But let's talk about the fair, shall we? 🤩 The organisers had put so much thought into the whole affair, I was practically in a fairytale! They had everything: bouncy castles for the kids, amazing local craft stalls, a petting zoo with the fluffiest animals ever, and a stage set up for performers like yours truly! 🤩
And me? Well, I shimmered and shone like a true queen in my custom-made pink tutu – all the fluff and sparkles and frills my heart could desire, designed to fit my performance perfectly. Let me tell you, my dance routine that evening was pure joy. My goal, as always, was to bring smiles to faces, spread the message of love and happiness, and encourage everyone to tap into their inner sparkle, and boy did they! The crowd roared, sang along to my hits, and cheered at every twirl, every flourish, and every shimmy-shake I threw their way.
After my performance, everyone wanted to grab a selfie with their favourite pink tutu-clad queen. 💖 And let me tell you, I love nothing more than spreading some pink tutu joy, chatting with everyone about their day, and inspiring them to step into their own fabulous selves. ✨ It really is the best feeling!
And then came the moment I’ve been dreaming about! 🩰 Remember the little girl who called me a princess? Well, she came back to me, with her family, and asked me, "Can I have a hug?"
