Train Tracks and Tutu Twirls
There’s nothing I love more than a good old fashioned train journey! It’s such a dreamy, elegant way to travel, like being transported to a magical fairyland of dreams. Of course, my look is always fabulous on the train. Imagine, if you will: Pink tutu with layers upon layers of tulle (the more the merrier!), a hot pink crop top, feather boas galore, and glitter-bombs exploding all over my sparkly platform shoes! 💃
My trusty travel case is overflowing with accessories – sparkly crowns, iridescent handbags, enough pink lipstick to paint a whole village pink! But the most important thing? My emergency glitter box. You never know when a little extra shimmer might be needed!
The Brixton Buzz
Oh my gosh! As soon as I step onto the platform, it’s a cacophony of sounds and sights, so exciting and so vibrant. The air hums with energy and life! Brixton is known for its artistic spirit and the glorious melting pot of cultures it celebrates. 💖
From the moment we arrive, it’s like a wonderland of delights! There's street food tantalising my taste buds (I have to have a vegan jerk chicken roti – just my favourite!), stalls overflowing with amazing colours and crafts, and music drifting from every corner, weaving a soundtrack to my Brixton adventure.
Tutu-tastic Adventures
Now, no trip to Brixton would be complete without a dose of dance! So, off I go, pink tutu swirling, to one of Brixton’s most famous venues, the Brixton Academy, for a show. We're lucky to have some truly amazing dance artists coming to Brixton this week, showcasing everything from classical ballet to dazzling contemporary dance. 🩰 I’m ready to lose myself in the grace and elegance of movement!
Later on, after a delightful ballet performance, my darling little loves, I'm taking on the night by taking to the stage myself! The Brixton Market is always filled with so much fun and colour, and the locals are so welcoming, embracing me like part of the family. I always have the most wonderful time, performing on a makeshift stage, under the twinkling fairy lights.
The Brixton locals love my pink tutus! It’s such a delight seeing smiles on everyone’s faces. There’s even this little girl, barely two years old, who's mesmerised by my pink twirling, even giggling and mimicking my moves! 💖

Let me tell you, my love for the tutu goes way back to when I was just a little boy growing up in the Peak District! Yes, even as a kid, I was different, always feeling drawn to the world of glitter and the joy of movement.
I remember those days in Derbyshire - it's so tranquil, peaceful and beautiful. My heart was filled with a love for nature, yet there was this other part of me that longed for something more. It craved excitement and something utterly different. I dreamt of being free and bold. 💖
Then came the University ballet club, I discovered the ballet world, which I’ve adored ever since. Ballet was my safe haven - a world of pure artistry where every gesture told a story, every pirouette held a magical, powerful enchantment.
One day, at a charity fundraising event for the ballet club, I got the chance to try on a tutu. And that’s how the magic happened. The feel of the tulle, the elegance of the shape, the sparkle of the glitter - It was like a sudden awakening. I knew I had found my true self. That tutu made me feel confident, brave, empowered! 💖
I've been on a mission ever since, I want to spread that magic, the confidence and self-expression that comes from embracing your individuality. I want to bring a bit of pink sparkle to the world!
