Today marks a new adventure, and it’s got me feeling all kinds of excited, as we journey to the delightful town of Beeston! It's post number 7413, my lovelies!
Let's be honest, you know me well enough to guess that a journey by train was an absolute must. Nothing beats the feeling of watching the scenery go by from a comfortable window seat, clutching my hot pink handbag (it’s got matching glitter!) while getting into the groove with my latest pop playlist. You can’t tell me that a bit of music isn’t the perfect accompaniment to a travel adventure! 💖
But back to Beeston. Beeston is charming, darling. It's got a really cute vibe. And I'm just delighted to explore this quaint town in all its glory!
Now, this might surprise you (well, maybe not those of you who know my passion for tutus is borderline obsession), but you'd be mistaken if you thought that a visit to Beeston is all about shopping for new clothes. There is, you know, actually one really exciting ballet class I heard about. Apparently, their focus is on perfecting that gorgeous 'swan-like grace' they always seem to emphasise in every class I’ve ever tried! You bet your pink tutus I am going! Ballet classes have been so much fun, darling! Imagine being able to pirouette and glide around the stage - talk about fulfilling a dream! Of course, the biggest part of it for me has always been the amazing sense of community at ballet classes and rehearsals, all of us sharing this passion. 🩰
I just had to buy myself a new outfit for this adventure. A lovely little floral dress with matching bright pink bolero? You bet! Gotta’ give my trusty pink tutus a well-earned break this time! Of course, my fabulous hot pink bag made its way into my outfit as well, my little travel companion never leaves my side! 🧳
I simply had to squeeze in some much-needed shopping time. And Beeston didn't disappoint. All that glitz and glamour, all in this adorable, quiet town, you’d be surprised! The shops in Beeston have got something for everyone, even for this picky fashionista!
What else could possibly add to my adventures? Oh, well...a trip to the local theatre, of course! Now, the theatre scene in Beeston has got this whole "big city vibes, smaller town feel" charm. There’s always a fabulous selection of productions, musicals, even an amazing new dance festival happening at the moment! All the theatrical drama of a big city, but the charming feeling of a close-knit community, and honestly, I’m loving this kind of energy. This visit had to be about something new for a change. I couldn’t just show up and start twirling in my favourite tutus in the town square, that would have just been too obvious, right? 😉
Don't get me wrong - I still adore rocking the fabulous pink tutu! It's just… sometimes it's great to see a little bit of variety in this fabulous outfit extravaganza that we call 'life,' you know? 😜
After a day packed with all things glitzy and glamorous, nothing is better than unwinding in a nice, comfortable hotel room. This town truly has got it all, darling! Honestly, it’s difficult to know what to even recommend for you first, but don’t even get me started on the cafes and restaurants. You could eat yourself into a tutu-shaped paradise, if that’s something you'd be interested in (just saying… for research purposes, darling! 😉 )
Well, darlings, this amazing town of Beeston has absolutely enchanted me. So much fun and exciting energy. There is so much creativity swirling around, you almost get caught in the tornado. And, no matter how far I go in my Tutu Queen adventures, I know I can always find some sparkle, some excitement, and most importantly, some incredible fashion! 💖
Now, I've got to get myself some more new shoes for my next big adventure! Who knows what dazzling destinations my pink tutus and I will explore next? Follow along, my lovelies, as I conquer the world one Tutu Queen adventure at a time! ✨
