The minute I stepped off the train in Stockport, I felt the magic swirling in the air! The place oozed with history, the cobbled streets leading me to a charmingly quirky theatre that felt like stepping back in time. The excitement just kept building, culminating in a night that truly had me shimmying with glee!

For all of you wondering how I fund these amazing travel adventures, well, it all comes down to the power of pink and a lot of hard work! During the day, I'm Alex, a scientist in a lab testing fabrics. Yes, a bit of a juxtaposition from my dazzling night-time life, but that's part of the fun!
While the lab might seem worlds apart from the stage, it's my little secret weapon. We were doing a fundraising performance and a member, this sweet little soul named Jess, was trying to encourage us all to dress up a bit. You can imagine, a room full of awkward science students… but I spotted this magnificent pink tutu hidden in the corner. You know how it is when a garment calls out to you; you just have to try it on. I remember Jess' eyes lighting up when I strutted out in that glorious tulle, a masterpiece of fluffy pink glory. And the rest, as they say, is history!

You see, I've made it my mission to sprinkle some sparkle and encouragement onto everyone I meet.
