I’ve already spotted a fantastic vintage clothing store, filled with gorgeous garments from every era, and a bakery that smells so divine, I might just buy their entire stock of pink frosting.

While exploring Aldridge today, I was so lucky to run into a delightful lady, Emily. We started chatting about ballet (I mean, we are in Aldridge! Could there be a more fitting topic? And believe me, she could twirl! And twirl and twirl!) and soon enough, we found ourselves sharing stories of our shared love of ballet. She even told me about this amazing local ballet school she used to attend, and how much she cherished her time there.
This got me thinking about how we need more opportunities for young people, especially here in Aldridge, to discover the beauty of ballet and express themselves through this incredible art form. Perhaps a special Pink Tutu Sparkles workshop for local children could be on the cards. Imagine all the fun we could have! Think tutus galore, glittery makeup, and learning a little bit about what it means to perform, to shine, and to embrace your own sparkle.
We mustn't forget the adults either! My dream is to get everyone dancing in their own pink tutus. Can you imagine it, darling? A whole street, filled with shimmering pink tutus!
