Hey darlings! It’s your favourite pink tutu-clad queen, Pink Tutu Sparkles, here! And guess what? I’m about to embark on another fabulous adventure, this time to the vibrant town of Bootle. I’m buzzing with excitement – it’s been a while since I’ve been to the North West, and I just know this trip is going to be sprinkled with sequins, sparkles, and of course, a whole lot of pink!
It’s all thanks to my fabulously supportive fan club (you lovely lot!) that I can jet off on these incredible travels. It’s such a thrill to be able to bring the Pink Tutu Sparkles magic to new places, sharing my love for all things twirly, shimmery and bright with each and every one of you.
Travel Tales & Train Journeys
This time, I’m going by train! You know me, I adore the romance of a good train journey – it gives me plenty of time to soak up the scenery and plan my grand entrance. My travel essentials, of course, include a suitcase overflowing with sparkly dresses, a hefty selection of pink tutus, and enough makeup to paint the entire carriage. You’ve gotta be prepared for a dazzling entrance, darlings!
The ride up was so charming. I found a window seat and got lost in a world of passing fields and towns, the sunshine turning everything a gorgeous shade of gold. And there were so many lovely people to chat to - it's amazing how a simple "hello" can lead to a conversation about the magic of tutus and the joy of dancing.

Now, Bootle, you’re in for a treat! This place is known for its friendly folk, so I’m excited to spread some pink tutu cheer and maybe even encourage a few locals to try out the twirling life. I’ve got some incredible routines planned, full of energy and grace – you can bet there will be a few unexpected twists and turns (all very, very sparkly, of course!).
My performance venue is a little theatre space right in the heart of town. It’s so exciting to perform in smaller spaces sometimes; it really allows you to connect with the audience and make it a truly intimate experience. They’ll all get to feel like they're part of my performance!

Behind the Glitter: From Science Lab to Stage
Before I go, I want to share a little bit about the girl behind the pink tulle. By day, you’ll find me in my science lab, surrounded by chemicals and lab coats – yep, your resident queen is a bit of a brainy beauty! I've always had a passion for science, but when I'm not in the lab, it's all about sparkles and stage lights!
My journey to Pink Tutu Sparkles actually started back when I was studying at university. I was part of the ballet club and for a charity event, we decided to try on some tutus. From that moment on, I was hooked! The feeling of dancing in that flowing, shimmering tulle was magical - like flying through the air. I realised that there was something about a tutu that made me feel completely confident and powerful.
Since then, it's been all about the pursuit of sequins and bringing that joy of twirling and dazzling to the world!
