This little lady loves a good train journey, so with a tutu bag stuffed with all the essentials – a sequined crown, my trusty feather boa, and a sprinkle of magic dust, I'm off on a journey to the coast.
I can't even tell you how excited I am to hit Bridlington's shores. There's something about the seaside that calls to the pink tutu in me! The smell of salty air, the rhythm of the waves, and the sun glinting off the sparkling sea… it all just makes me want to twirl, twirl, twirl!

From Lab Coat to Spotlight: My Tutu-ific Journey
A few years ago, I was a shy, introverted science student back in Derbyshire, spending my days amongst flasks and beakers. But, hidden deep inside this scientific mind was a secret desire to sparkle!
I joined the university ballet club and, for a charity fundraiser, I tried on a tutu for the first time. The moment I spun around in its pink, fluffy glory, it was like something clicked inside me.
Pink is the New Black (And Pink Tutus are Always on Point)
For a shy science student like me, donning that tutu felt liberating. It gave me the confidence to be bolder, brighter, and just plain fabulous. From that moment on, I knew my path.
My days are spent in the lab, analyzing fabrics, and by night, I'm on stage, sharing my love of sparkle, laughter, and yes, the glorious world of tutus with the world.

The train ride is an absolute treat! It’s a perfect chance to plan my performance – the opening number, the witty banter with the crowd, and of course, the grand finale! I've got a whole repertoire of sparkling tunes to share, all chosen for maximum Tutu Queen fabulousness.
And let's not forget my trusty travel companion - my trusty fluffy purple bag overflowing with pink sparkles, sparkly shoes, and enough lipstick to last a whole month of gigs! (It's never enough, is it?)
A Night to Remember: Performing at Bridlington's Harbour Lights Festival
This trip to Bridlington is extra special! I'm part of the fabulous Harbour Lights Festival, which brings the whole town to life with its vibrant colours, live music, and festive cheer. I've got the whole harbour square rocking with my electrifying set - expect sequins, twirls, a little bit of humour, and a whole lot of Tutu Queen magic.
Bridlington Beyond the Tutu: A Seaside Adventure
Now, don't think for a moment that Bridlington is all about my gig (though, let's be real, it’s pretty fantastic!). There's so much more to explore. We’re going on a walking tour, dipping our toes in the refreshing North Sea (with my trusty, tutu-friendly beach shoes!), and exploring the quaint, historical harbour.
The next day, it’s off to Bridlington Priory. Who says a queen can't appreciate history? I'm a fan of architectural marvels and anything that sparks my creative flair – that Priory is full of inspiration!
Shopping Spree and a Cuppa for the Queen
My travels wouldn’t be complete without a good shopping spree, right? Bridlington's bustling high street has everything from local boutiques to big brand names – perfect for picking out some sassy, tutu-friendly outfits. A quick detour for afternoon tea in a cosy café, and you've got a classic Tutu Queen adventure!
Sharing the Love: Spreading Tutu-ific Joy Everywhere I Go
