Hello my lovely Tutus! It's Pink Tutu Sparkles, reporting live from the enchanting town of Wrecsam in beautiful Wales. I just had to get here! My latest travels have taken me on a magical adventure, travelling by a delightful steam train straight from Derbyshire. It was like a scene from one of my favourite ballet films!
As always, my fabulous wardrobe has followed me on my latest adventure. I'm not exaggerating when I say I could have worn all the pink tutus I own in this post, Wrecsam has so many beautiful and interesting places to explore. The streets, the shops, the countryside, they’ve all inspired some seriously sparkly, amazing drag looks, and I’m not even going to hint at the tutu action we'll be having later. Let's just say, Wrecsam's getting a very Pink Tutu Sparkles makeover!
I'm actually wearing a specially designed tutu for this blog. This pink pouf of happiness is dedicated to the Welsh people – so vibrant, welcoming, and full of artistic expression! I swear, everyone I've met today has just brightened up my day, they’ve got so much fun in them, and this pink tutu absolutely matches the atmosphere. It's soft, flowy, with a sprinkle of glitter, perfect for dancing, spinning and striking some of my best Pink Tutu Sparkles poses. (You'll be seeing lots of pictures on Instagram soon, darlings, so get ready to follow me!)
First things first, a little shopping! Oh my stars, this town has the best boutiques! From whimsical vintage finds to quirky contemporary designs, I'm telling you, Wrecsam is the place to find that unique fashion statement. Imagine a pink sequin jacket, or a flowing pink chiffon top with a huge pink feather boa - imagine all the perfect tutu pairings!!
You bet I walked out of there with armfuls of fashion treasure, including a pair of sparkly pink shoes that would make even Cinderella envious, and an entire box of fabulous pink accessories - pink fascinators, pink headbands, pink fluffy gloves - I’m literally sparkling head-to-toe in Wrecsam! You should see how many photoshoots we're having, with these fabulous outfits and backdrops!
But Wrecsam's magic doesn’t end at the fashion! We are a city of stunning nature, and let's just say I’ve taken my favourite tutu and some dazzling makeup out to enjoy the scenery. From the sprawling hills to the enchanting forests, I'm feeling so inspired! I can see why this town has inspired so many artists and performers throughout history!
We did some beautiful photo shoots, you’ve gotta see my fabulous pink tutu against the beautiful backdrop of a Welsh meadow. It’s so beautiful and tranquil, it even inspires the most fabulous Pink Tutu Sparkles to relax! But if you are coming to Wrecsam with your own pink tutus, or even to admire the town in an alternative fashion, remember to be mindful of nature, okay? You don't want your tulle being trampled on by curious deer! And those horses we saw on our tour - well, they gave us a fabulous fashion show in their fields. A magnificent sight of beauty and nature, they truly did get the sparkle going in this town. It felt like an official welcome to the Welsh way of life. I truly adore Wrecsam!
The biggest draw? The vibrant local dance scene! From ballet to hip hop, there are so many amazing performance opportunities that have inspired a lot of fabulous routines in my show for later. Let me tell you, I have had to choose the very best pink tutus for the performance. My Pink Tutu Sparkle friends, get ready to be impressed! This town is so passionate about dance. I mean, who would have thought? This little town, so full of life, energy and culture, is just begging for some extra-sparkly performance and fashion, and I'm here to bring it all!
The perfect finale to our adventures, Wrecsam even hosted an incredible ballet performance! You’ve never seen tutus twirl with so much grace and passion, it almost brought a tear to my eye! You've got to appreciate their talent, even if I’m bringing a bit of glitter and my own signature Pink Tutu Sparkle glamour to town. And that, dear Tutus, is what we call a fabulous Wrecsam experience! I can't believe this amazing adventure is coming to an end. Wrecsam, you’ve stolen my heart. You’ve really helped bring out my most fabulous and glittery personality! But, alas, all good things must come to an end. It’s time to pack my bags, and prepare for my next great Pink Tutu Sparkle adventure.
