Oh, the nostalgia! It got me feeling like a giddy schoolgirl all over again, twirling and bouncing around, my pink tutu fluttering like a happy flamingo!
My first port of call? Well, what else could it possibly be but the ballet! I’d heard so much about the Royal Opera House, and honestly, darling, it just exceeded all expectations! Of course, I managed to snag a few items for myself, mainly sparkly ones and an absolutely divine pink tulle cape to add a dash of colour to my London adventures. In between all the theatre and shopping, we just had to do a little bit of exploring, right? We took a scenic walk along the Southbank, sipping hot chocolate and watching the street performers, all in the glow of the setting sun. Now, darling, there’s nothing quite like walking through history, marvelling at the architectural wonders London’s got to offer! And, what’s a Pink Tutu Sparkles trip without a photo shoot under Big Ben? Well, I practically made a spectacle of myself! That Big Ben clock just felt like the perfect backdrop for a few photos. Of course, all that adventuring called for some much needed relaxation! We settled in at a delightful tea shop on Kensington High Street, enjoying the most exquisite afternoon tea. Finger sandwiches, delicate pastries, and, of course, steaming mugs of tea. What’s an English afternoon tea without that? As I sipped my Earl Grey and nibbled on a scone with clotted cream and jam, I truly felt like I was living my best life. This is it, you know, this is the life.
