Oh, how I adore this place, with its grand Georgian architecture, bustling markets, and that heavenly aroma of Bath buns wafting through the air. I must say, even a queen needs a touch of history and culture now and again, don't you think?

Now, let's talk ballet! You know how much I love my tutus, and let me tell you, Bath is the perfect place for any Tutu Queen who enjoys a touch of grace and poise. I was absolutely enthralled by a delightful performance of "Swan Lake" at the Theatre Royal Bath. Oh, the breathtaking choreography, the emotive storytelling, and those stunning tutus (although I do have to say, some of the pink hues were a little subdued. Tsk Tsk! Perhaps I'll take it upon myself to bring a little extra sparkle to their wardrobe for their next production!)

Of course, no trip to a charming city is complete without a little retail therapy! Bath is positively brimming with delightful boutiques and department stores. My first stop was a fabulously eclectic vintage shop called "The Old Wardrobe." It's like a time machine filled with beautiful, pre-loved treasures! I found a magnificent velvet shawl – the deepest magenta hue – for my next performance. Absolutely divine, darling!
For some contemporary sparkle, I popped into a delightful store called "Rainbowtique." Oh, the colour, the texture, the vibrant energy! I couldn't resist a sequined headpiece, just the perfect shade of blush pink to complete my outfit.
Bath and The Tutu Queen's Touch
After a fabulous day of exploration, I couldn’t resist transforming Bath's iconic Roman Baths into a wonderland of pink tulle. It's always good to have a bit of fun, don’t you think? My trusty travel-sized glitter cannon was just what I needed to sprinkle some extra magic. I might have also persuaded a few tourists to add a dash of pink to their wardrobes for the afternoon… a Tutu Queen has got to share the love, after all! If you are planning a road trip, do remember that parking in Bath can be tricky, but it’s worth the effort – just be sure to research and reserve your spot in advance! Oh, and let’s be honest – arriving at Bath Spa station with your pink tutu sparkling, you’re practically guaranteed to become the most glamorous person on the train platform – what's not to love?
