Today I'm nestled in the charming town of Royal Leamington Spa, a town that's positively bursting with Victorian charm and, of course, plenty of places for a pink tutu-wearing queen like me to twirl!
But before we dive into the fabulous festivities, let me fill you in on the journey itself. I'm a girl who believes in a bit of glamour, even on the road! No cramped car journeys for this queen, oh no, I journeyed to this delightful town by train, of course. It's all about the grand arrival! Stepping off the train into Royal Leamington Spa felt like stepping onto a stage – think period dramas, elegant facades, and a sense of history that simply radiates! I felt like a queen, even before putting on my tutu, you know!
The day began, as all my days do, with a delightful ritual. A quick whirl in my favourite pink tutu and a twirl-worthy ensemble, perfectly complementing the day's mood. I love nothing more than playing with colours and patterns – for this day, I chose a fluttery, vibrant fuchsia-pink tutu, and topped it off with a shimmering silver sequined crop top and a matching cape. Oh, and did I mention the oversized pink feather boa? A statement must be made!

My day was perfectly rounded off with a visit to Jephson Gardens, a truly beautiful park that feels straight out of a Jane Austen novel. The carefully sculpted gardens, with their winding paths, flowerbeds bursting with colour, and elegant benches begging for a rest…it was the perfect setting for some afternoon tea and contemplation (and a little more pink tutu twirling, naturally).
Talking of tea, darling, this town simply screams afternoon tea! I sampled the most delightful, delectable cream tea in a charming cafe in the centre of town, a little bit of tea-time elegance that perfectly complemented the charming atmosphere.
