Hey lovelies!
It’s your girl, Clara, and let me tell you, Stratford is about to be the most magical place on earth - at least for today, because it’s TUTU TUESDAY! I'm seriously excited to share my day with you, complete with a seriously fabulous outfit, because trust me, you haven't seen pink this glorious since a flamingo on a sugar rush.
I'm sporting a double-layered tulle masterpiece - seriously, the skirt alone could rival a cotton candy stall! This bad boy is in the most vibrant shade of pink, making me look like a living, breathing unicorny dream. Speaking of, my hair's all tied up in a top knot, and on my head sits the sparkliest unicorn headband EVER. We're talking crystal rainbows and silver stars – pure glamour, darling!
Oh, and let's not forget the finishing touches - a fluffy pink boa, glittery eyeshadow, and the highest pair of pink heels you've ever seen. Because if we’re gonna do tutu, we're gonna do it right!
But the fun doesn't end there! Today, we're all about the fairytale spirit in the most beautiful town, and Stratford is all in!
We started at The Unicorn Coffee House, a seriously adorable cafe, serving up rainbow lattes and unicorn-shaped pastries. I couldn't resist a photo opp in front of the giant, shimmering, golden unicorn statue that's now my new favourite Instagram backdrop! You know me, I'm all about those sparkly opportunities.
Then it was time for a dance party, because what’s a Tutu Tuesday without some moves, right? We headed over to Shakespeare's Globe, and trust me, that place was poppin’! The stage had been transformed into a disco ball extravaganza, and we were all busting a move under the mirrored light. Even the Queen, well, the actual Queen, wouldn't be able to resist those disco beats! (Yes, I said the Queen. I mean, who better to join a #tututuesday party, right? winks)
As the day wound down, we were all feeling that #tututuesday magic in the air. We danced till our tutus were floating, we laughed till our stomachs ached, and we even managed to squeeze in a photo booth session with props that made us look like a dreamy group of unicorns (thank you, Stratford props store!).
But hey, it wouldn't be a true #tututuesday without some fashion advice, right?
Go bold! This isn't the day to play it safe. Get yourself a full tutu, embrace the drama. Think big and colourful.
Experiment with your look. I'm all about that sparkly and vibrant look, but you can embrace pastel tones, a layered look, or even try a classic ballet style tutu! It's about expressing your inner fairytale princess!
Don't forget the accessories. From unicorn horns and fairy wings to statement jewellery and sparkly face glitter, accessorise your heart out!
Now, the fun isn't over just because Tutu Tuesday is done. Remember, every day is a chance to celebrate yourself! Dress up, dance, be sparkly - we all need a bit of magic in our lives, don't we?
