Tutu Tuesday in Rowley Regis! Well, darlings, it’s Tutu Tuesday again! And this time, I decided to head over to Rowley Regis to check out the scene. I hear that the locals are quite partial to a little twirl on a Tuesday. The shops are open, the sunshine's out and everyone is embracing their inner disco ball. This is *the* day to embrace your inner ballerina, or just have a bit of fun! From ballet dancers to drag queens, grannies, mums, and all the lads, there was something for everyone. How Rowley Regis Took Tutu Tuesday to the Next Level It's a bold statement to make, but Rowley Regis has really stepped up their Tutu Tuesday game! It felt like there was an actual energy in the air - the kind you get in a theatre right before a show. I mean, people were wearing these **utterly** fabulous tutus! Here's what I witnessed: - A group of kids were in their little sparkly tutus (I spotted some **layered** tutus! I love that tiered look! And the kids had *little** backpacks in the same material. Who said kids couldn't wear tutus? - The cafe owner had even decorated her cafe window with tulle and it felt like something straight out of "The Greatest Showman." You know how much I love a bit of classic Hollywood! - The locals had even got in on the act with some homemade tutus. It was amazing seeing so many people get so creative! They were even selling tutus at a little stand with a bunch of brightly coloured ribbons! A Spotlight on the 'Disco Snail' Speaking of sparkle and colour, the disco snail came out to play! Yes, it was even out and about strutting its stuff! Just the coolest snail you’ll ever see. You know it's real because its shell had rhinestones, beads, sequins, AND glitter. If that’s not dedication to disco, I don’t know what is. It was the **perfect** photo op. Everyone had their cameras out snapping shots. Maybe there’s a *new* Tutu Tuesday mascot in the making? The Power of Tutu Tuesday Let's be honest - who doesn't want a little bit of fun in their lives? There's something really wonderful about a town that takes a quirky idea and makes it their own. It’s more than just wearing tutus, it's about letting go and embracing whatever joy life throws your way! As for the tutus themselves, I saw everything: - The classic ballet tutus, naturally. - The "I'm a Tutu and I Know It" sparkly ones! And, honestly, they did make me want to dance. - Some **sparkly** tutus, - The ever-so-elegant black tutus for the ladies who wanted to keep it chic! I saw one that was black with an orange sequin strip! Just fab. - A rainbow of tutus that looked straight out of a **disco ball**. I had to try on some of the pink ones, it's my absolute fave. Time to Bring the Tutu Party to You! Whether you want to wear a traditional ballet tutu, a sparkly mini skirt, a fluffy rainbow of fabric or just something sparkly to brighten up your day, **get creative**!
