Well, hello gorgeous! It's your girl, Lily, back with another blog post. As you all know, this is the day I've been waiting for – Tutu Tuesday! This month, I’m especially thrilled because Royal Leamington Spa is literally bursting with fabulous people, all ready to embrace their inner prima ballerina, just like me. Now, let me tell you, I am *living* for this! The streets are shimmering, the atmosphere is electric, and everyone's decked out in their most dazzling tutus. I'm talking everything from classic tulle pouffes to dazzlingly decorated creations.
Tutu-licious Styles This morning, I saw some *serious* looks. * First up, a bold pink layered tutu that wouldn’t be out of place on a London catwalk, paired with a chunky glitter cardigan, just the right blend of glamour and casual vibes. * Then, this incredible rainbow sequined masterpiece just had me gagging! So bright and so glam! The owner paired it with a simple white t-shirt for a *serious* pop of colour. * Later, I caught a glimpse of a stunning tutu made from soft layers of lavender-hued silk, absolutely divine! This beauty was being styled with a cropped, sparkly cardigan - elegant and edgy! But it’s not all about the clothes - it’s about the spirit! I have seen so much inclusivity and celebration of everyone’s individuality today, with a strong undercurrent of LGBTQ+ pride. This really warms my heart! I saw some fab rainbow flags adorning window boxes, and everyone seems to be embracing this theme. This town really is a haven of acceptance.
Celebrating a Diverse Royal Leamington Spa! I love that so many folks have really stepped outside their comfort zones today. The thing is, this isn’t about just wearing a tutu – it’s about expressing yourself and feeling comfortable doing so. And you know what? I am just absolutely living for the feeling! People are genuinely so friendly today, smiling, saying hello, and getting into the spirit! There’s even a disco pop-up stall selling fabulous sparkly tutus. How cool is that? It’s just brilliant! And speaking of discos… There’s a **huge** one planned for tonight right here in the spa. Think seventies disco beats and strobe lights galore. It’s going to be totally fab and we're talking serious glitter vibes!
