As a professional ballet dancer living and training in the vibrant ballet scene of Collierville, Tennessee, I gotta tell you, this #TutTuesday has a special kinda energy. This morning I stepped into The Ballet Boutique downtown and saw the most gorgeous tulle dreams in every shade imaginable! Think light as a feather baby pink and bold black, perfect for the graceful grace of Swan Lake, alongside vibrant teal that bursts with the youthful energy of Giselle.
For a #TutTuesday treat, we're going all out for "The Nutcracker." With the holiday season upon us, I gotta mention these beautiful candy cane striped tutus. They add the sweetest whimsy to the production and give me major Clara-in-Wonderland feels. And let’s not forget the glittering gold and ruby-red tutus, symbolizing the magical world Clara gets swept up in.
