Now, I know what you're thinking: "Tutu Tuesday in Inverloch? What on earth is that all about?" Well, let me tell ya, it's an absolute blast! Every Tuesday, locals and tourists alike gather on the main street, donning their most fabulous tutus, ready for a day filled with fun, laughter, and of course, lots of twirling!
There's something so liberating about putting on a tutu, whether it's a classic romantic tutu with layers upon layers of tulle, a contemporary asymmetrical tutu with a hint of edge, or a cute, playful mini tutu.
It's not just about the fashion though! It's about embracing a sense of joy and celebrating our inner child. So, imagine the scene - a vibrant mix of tutu-clad people strolling along the beach, chatting over a coffee, enjoying a picnic, or even having a dance-off right on the promenade.

- Family friendly: The best thing about this event is that it is perfect for everyone! From toddlers taking their first tentative steps in their cute mini tutus, to grandparents channeling their inner prima ballerinas, everyone joins in. And don't even get me started on the kids’ laughter.
- Live music and entertainment: There’s always a great vibe, with live music streaming from the cafe at the top of the beach. Last week there was an amazing busker playing classic dance tunes on her violin – totally inspirational! It adds another dimension to the atmosphere.
- The chance to express yourself: There's nothing quite like a bit of twirling to let loose and express yourself. Tutu Tuesdays create a playful space for people to have a giggle, feel empowered and have a really good time. That's why I love it so much.
