We even have a few creative souls sporting their own custom designs – seriously, there’s some serious talent brewing in this town.

What makes this town so unique is how the locals take Tutu Tuesday to heart, turning it into a community affair. It's not just about flaunting fabulous fashion. Stellarton’s community centre has a dedicated "Tutu Tea" - tea and cookies with ballet themed games. They even have a "Tutu Makeover Station", where the folks from the local dance academy give a tutu makeover, teaching everyone from kids to grandparents about classic ballet history while styling the latest in tutu trends. It's heartwarming, heartwarming!

• Speaking of heartwarming, I just witnessed the most amazing moment - a grandmother, who hadn’t danced in years, put on a tutu and taught her grandkids some basic ballet moves. It was an incredible display of generational bonding and the timeless joy of dance!
• There’s even a contest! The “Tutu of the Week,” awards a prize to the most creative or most stylish tutu. It’s all in good fun, but it also highlights the unique talents of the Stellarton community.
• The highlight, of course, was a mass flash mob performance right in front of the town’s iconic Stellarton Waterfront Clock Tower! We were a colourful swirl of tulle, spinning, jumping, and celebrating the beauty of ballet! It’s moments like this that remind us how dance truly unites us.

But here’s the thing, it’s not just about the tutus; it’s about bringing a little joy, celebrating our shared love of dance, and spreading the ballet vibe in a way that’s accessible to everyone!
