I mean, the only thing better than wearing a tutu is seeing other people rocking them with equal amounts of confidence! And oh my goodness, did we ever rock it. Tutu Inspiration and Styles There was a fantastic range of tutu styles; from those classic ballet tutus, all perfectly poised and elegant, to dramatic poofy tulle affairs, fit for a unicorn princess, and some short, cheeky tutus, which made an appearance on the local ladies who weren't afraid to show a bit of leg. It truly was a visual spectacle and the perfect blend of ballet and contemporary, bringing out a little bit of childhood joy in everyone. Disco, Unicorns, and Rainbow Bliss Our resident DJ, DJ Glitterbomb, spun disco beats and 80s anthems, making the afternoon feel like a glorious time warp. To top it all off, there was a rainbow glitter bar, serving pink cocktails, Unicorn lattes (you can’t leave the unicorn element out of Tutu Tuesday, darlings!), and even glitter-dusted cupcakes. There was even a unicorn riding around in all its magical glory, offering joyful cuddles and selfies to everyone who wanted one! Talk about creating the most Instagrammable day! Why It Was a Blast Honestly, there's no better way to escape the daily grind than with a sprinkle of whimsy, a pinch of pink, and a whole lot of tutu fun. We all deserve to add a little magic to our week, and Brixton, on this Tutu Tuesday, embraced that sentiment with open arms (and swirling tulle).
