I’m so excited to finally be back in the bustling heart of London, after a quick jaunt to Derbyshire for a couple of performances, to catch up with family. (Let’s just say those hearty Derbyshire meals are always tempting, but it's back to the salads and barre workouts for me after this trip!).

Taking the Rails: A Fashion Train Trip to London
Remember how I was telling you how much I love train journeys? Well, this trip was no exception. I don’t think there’s anything more inspiring than the countryside whizzing past my window, while I'm comfy and stylish, naturally! For this trip, I decided on a bold pink power suit - a fuchsia-toned blazer with wide lapels paired with matching slim-fit trousers, because pink is ALWAYS the answer. This was all topped off with my signature pink tutu (a sparkly tulle one, of course!), making for an undeniably head-turning ensemble! I must have caused a few smiles on the train, especially among the younger commuters, and you know what, that's my ultimate aim! 💖
Fashion Fix: A London Shopaholic's Dream
Landing in London station felt like walking into a different world. The energy, the people, the shop windows… Oh, the shop windows! They're just calling out to my inner fashionista. First stop? You know I had to do some serious window shopping on Oxford Street! I always make sure I have at least an hour dedicated to browsing those iconic department stores like Liberty and Selfridges – because the windows there are art! I’m always blown away by their imaginative displays, with Christmas around the corner, they've gone all out, and boy oh boy, were they glittery and glorious! 🎄🌟
I managed to resist impulse purchases (barely!), but it would be remiss of me not to tell you about a vintage gem I found on Carnaby Street! A truly spectacular pink feather boa that will be gracing many an upcoming show and occasion, that’s for sure. Because who doesn't love a little feathered flair?! ✨
Culture Vulture: Dancing Into London’s Theatres
Okay, I’ll confess – my mission this time wasn’t just about fashion and shopping (although those are essential!). It's London, after all, the theatre capital of the world, so I've got a front-row seat for a mesmerising production at the London Palladium tonight! They say, "there’s no business like show business", and this trip is all about that! 🎭 Tonight, it's The Greatest Showman: A Christmas Spectacular, which will bring all the sparkle and the circus vibe – perfect for the holiday season!
And, of course, no London trip would be complete without some dance class! You can bet I'm getting my tutu ready for some serious ballet fun later today. There’s nothing more uplifting than letting loose and expressing yourself through movement, and dancing in London's energy just gives it that extra flair! 💃

This weekend is all about exploring some of London's most cherished culinary delights, from mouth-watering traditional English food to the delectable world of international cuisines. I’m a big fan of London's ever-evolving food scene – a beautiful blend of flavours, traditions, and fresh, seasonal ingredients! This week, it's about enjoying the holiday markets and their scrumptious festive treats, a delicious Sunday Roast with all the trimmings, and maybe a classic British afternoon tea, too.
