This trip is extra special. I, Emma, your favourite pink-tutu-clad ballerina, finally made it to the City of Lights after years of dreaming. I hopped aboard the EuroStar in my prettiest pink frock and a fluffy, frothy tutu, ready for an adventure fit for a ballerina princess. Speaking of tutus, my friends, have you checked out my latest collection? They’re absolutely stunning! 😉
As soon as I arrived in Paris, I knew this was going to be a fantastic week! The air buzzes with excitement, the scent of freshly baked croissants is in the air, and, of course, there’s the glorious fashion, chicer than ever! 🥐💅
Speaking of fashion, my darling Paris, I've been doing a spot of window-shopping, as you do. The window displays here are a feast for the eyes! I spotted the most exquisite pink feathered fascinator at a charming boutique on Rue de Rivoli. Just imagine it, paired with a pink silk dress and a cloud of a tulle skirt, oh my! 🎀
But enough about shopping for now! My heart’s calling for the theatre! This evening, I’m going to see "Le Sacre du Printemps" at the Palais Garnier, a legendary opera house. Just thinking about seeing Stravinsky’s music brought to life with breathtaking ballet makes me positively giddy! I've even planned a pink-themed ensemble, including, of course, my signature pink tutu! 💖
After all, Paris is for lovers! sigh.
Before we get too far ahead of ourselves, let’s talk about how I made it here! 🚂 The wonderful thing about my ballet career is that it allows me to fund these fantastic trips. I perform all across Derbyshire and, on special occasions, even further afield. My performances are like magic; each movement, every pirouette, helps fuel my pink tutu-filled adventures! 💫
Now, for a little secret: I always take a pink tutu to each ballet show, just in case there’s a chance to do a quick impromptu performance. Let’s face it, I'm a ballerina! Even while travelling, my passion never fades. Just picture this, me, spinning like a delicate pink rose, right in the heart of Paris. Wouldn't that be divine? 🌸
