Oh, hello my lovely tutu-tastic followers! It’s Saturday, which means it's time for a brand new #PinkTutuBlogParis post, and oh my goodness, this one is extra special! I’m absolutely bursting with Parisian excitement, and I simply cannot wait to share all my adventures with you. This week, I'm leaving the Derbyshire countryside for a glamorous jaunt across the channel to the most magical city on earth…Paris! ✨
The Eurostar, A Tutu-tastic Journey!
This morning, I found myself whisked away on the Eurostar, the sleek and stylish train that took me from the station in London to Paris’ Gare du Nord in just over two hours. It was a gloriously comfortable ride! The smooth gliding of the train, coupled with the stunning scenery whizzing past my window, truly made me feel like a modern day fairytale princess. I even managed to squeeze in some ballet stretches while on board. The journey is definitely a big part of the adventure, wouldn't you say? 😉
* Parisian Fashion, A Treat for the Eyes!*
You know me – fashion and style are always at the top of my list! And as soon as I set foot in Paris, I was dazzled by the beautiful clothes! Parisian style is simply divine; there’s an air of elegance and sophistication everywhere. I simply couldn't resist grabbing a delicious, flaky pastry from a quaint little boulangerie. As I strolled through the cobbled streets, my pink tutu billowed in the gentle Parisian breeze – you could say it was truly the perfect look for a day of shopping in the city of love.

Today I hit the shops with a list as long as my pink tutu's trail, filled with Parisian dreams:
- Lace: Paris has an incredible array of delicate laces – it's truly an indulgence for my fashion senses!
- A chic straw hat: Essential for shielding my fair skin from the sun. I already found a perfect one at a delightful shop just off the Champs-Élysées.
- New ballet shoes: The best ballet shoe shop in Paris is just a few streets away from my hotel! A brand new pair will be perfect for my upcoming performance at the grand Théâtre de la Ville, oh la la! 🩰
* A Ballerina's Dream: Paris Ballet and Performance! *
I simply adore ballet, and Paris, oh my, is just a ballet lover's paradise! Later this evening, I'm excited to be watching an enchanting performance by the Ballet de l'Opéra National de Paris! You all know my passion for this art form, and the fact that I’m in Paris, the heart of ballet, well, it simply feels like a dream!
* The Seine & Parisian Romance:*
After my ballet performance, I’m planning a little stroll along the Seine – there’s something so magical about the Seine at night, the sparkling lights reflecting off the water, the sweet melody of a street musician's violin... it truly sets the scene for a romantic evening in the City of Love. I plan to capture some lovely photos, I know they will be stunning to add to my pink tutu-tastic Paris travel journal!
My Tip for My Tutu-Tastic Friends: Take a Ride in a "Petit Taxi!"
One of the quintessential Parisian experiences is a ride in a "petit taxi". They’re such charming little cars – I love watching the drivers deftly navigate the narrow streets!
The Eiffel Tower & Pink Tutu Dreams
I've booked a very special evening with a spectacular view from the Eiffel Tower, which will definitely be a highlight of my Paris trip! I’m thinking of a very special Parisian outfit that's pink, sparkly and stylish of course - the perfect tribute to the beauty of the city! 😉
Paris is Calling!
Paris has it all: stunning architecture, exquisite fashion, vibrant culture and of course, that quintessential romantic atmosphere. But it's not just about the romanticism. It's the Parisian energy – the way the city awakens your soul. Paris makes me feel utterly fabulous, like a true pink tutu-wearing ballerina princess ready to take on the world! 💖
