#PinkTutuBlogParis: Bonjour from the City of Lights! (Post #975)

Hello darlings! It’s Emma here, reporting live from the most magical city in the world – Paris!

A Whirlwind Train Ride & Parisian Dreams

You won't believe what an adventure this trip has been already! The journey to Paris on the EuroStar was utterly divine – comfy seats, yummy food and all the best French films playing on the screens (don't judge, it was très chic!). My new pink tutu travel set even caused a stir amongst the passengers – you can’t get more Parisian than travelling with a tutu, darling!

As the train zipped across the countryside, I couldn’t help but feel a familiar tingle of excitement. This wasn't just a holiday, it was a pink tutu pilgrimage to the birthplace of ballet itself! From the legendary ballerinas to the breathtaking fashion, Paris holds so much inspiration for a girl like me.

Landing in Parisian Style

We arrived at Gare du Nord and I simply gasped! The air felt alive with art, history and just a hint of sweet boulangerie air – pure magic!

Our hotel is just perfect, too. A little boudoir-themed gem with chandeliers, fluffy pillows, and yes, you guessed it, a little space to hang my tutus (because every ballerina needs a place to display her masterpieces, am I right?).

Ballet, Fashion, & A Pink Tutu Wonderland

As I write this, the city is radiating a vibrant energy. There are art installations shimmering around every corner, streets filled with impossibly stylish people, and the soft strains of street musicians whispering a melody in the air. Oh, and let’s not forget the incredible smells – pastry shops, flower stalls, and the aroma of crêpes – divine!

Our first day in Paris was dedicated to exploring the quartier des Grands Boulevards. A vibrant mix of old-world charm and modern chic, we wandered along Rue de Rivoli, marvelling at the historic buildings, boutique shops (oh, the divine outfits!), and cafes spilling out onto the cobblestone streets. I spotted the most adorable pink dress in a little boutique window - imagine it paired with a fluffy tutu for the perfect Paris stroll!

We dined like royalty at a lovely little bistro nestled in a quiet square. French onion soup, escargots, and of course, the most decadent pastry for dessert – it’s a good job my tutus are forgiving!

But the true highlight of the day? The breathtaking ballet performance at the Palais Garnier. Imagine – the soaring ceiling, the chandeliers glittering overhead, the elegant dancers executing their pirouettes with flawless grace. The stage practically sparkled, and my own inner ballerina pirouetted in pure joy! This was pure enchantment.

A Weekend of Parisian Delights

Saturday is going to be jam-packed! We're planning a trip to the Louvre Museum, to gaze at masterpieces and find inspiration for my latest tutu design. Maybe even a sneak peek at the Venus de Milo with my pink tutu on - just imagine the Instagram snaps! We're also planning a boat tour on the Seine, followed by some shopping at the famed Galleries Lafayette – I simply must see if they have a pink tutu on offer!

After all, what's a Parisian adventure without a few gorgeous dresses, stylish shoes, and, of course, the most stunning tutus imaginable?

Spreading the Pink Tutu Love

Remember, darlings, this trip isn’t just about exploring a beautiful city – it’s about embracing the joy of dance, the power of style, and the confidence of wearing pink tutus. Let’s make every day a little more pink, a little more graceful, and a whole lot more fun.

Stay tuned, my darlings! I'll be back next Saturday with more exciting tales of pink tutu adventures, Parisian charm, and oh-so-fabulous fashion! Until then, twirl on, spread some joy, and wear that pink tutu with pride!

Bisous!

Emma
