Can you believe it’s already Saturday?! This week has absolutely flown by. But then, when you're dancing your heart out in London one minute, and whisked away by a majestic Eurostar train the next, you wouldn't expect anything less. Now, let's talk about my Parisian adventures...
Oh, Paris! I feel like I’m in one of those enchanting ballet story books with every turn. I've got my pink tutu ready to twirl through cobbled streets, and my heart's set on capturing every whimsical corner of this iconic city.
A Eurostar Love Affair
I have a confession. I’m hopelessly smitten with the Eurostar. There's just something so elegant about the sleek design, the smooth journey, and the delicious feeling of being transported to a new land, all in the time it takes to polish my ballet shoes! I always wear my prettiest pink outfit on board, after all, a pink tutu needs an equally glamorous mode of travel, right? It's an extra dose of magic before the main attraction.
Parisian Dance Delights
I'm not here just to gaze at beautiful architecture, though those Parisian buildings truly are masterpieces, I'm here to feel the pulse of the city’s cultural heart! This weekend, my schedule is packed with ballets and performances.
The highlight has to be The Paris Opera Ballet tonight! Can you imagine? It's like a dream come true - witnessing the pinnacle of French ballet artistry. I'll be twirling in a vibrant pink tutu, blending in with the Parisian style and celebrating the beauty of dance. I can't wait!
Of course, there’s so much more to the dance scene here than just professional performances. I've been practicing my ballet à la française steps in the Tuileries Garden (look out for my #pinktututuliers videos on Instagram!), and discovered a beautiful little studio where they offer classes for all levels. You'll find me there next week perfecting my fouetté.
Shopping Spree Extravaganza
A trip to Paris wouldn't be complete without a shopping spree, and you already know how much I love indulging in fashion. This afternoon, I'm hitting the famous boutiques of the Avenue Montaigne for a touch of luxury and high-end elegance. Of course, my eye is peeled for all the gorgeous shades of pink to add to my collection!
For a more eclectic vibe, I’ll be visiting the charming shops of the Le Marais district. They've got an amazing array of independent boutiques and vintage stores. I've already spied a fabulous hat shop with a window display fit for a princess!
A Day at the Louvre
Tomorrow, it’s off to the iconic Louvre Museum to pay homage to the works of masters. It's an essential for any art enthusiast! I can already imagine myself posing in front of "The Mona Lisa" wearing my most dazzling pink tutu. Picture perfect moment anyone?
Beyond the Seine:
But Paris is more than just iconic landmarks and world-famous attractions. I love to get lost in the charm of the side streets and secret squares, discovering hidden treasures that only Paris offers.
