Bonjour mes amis! Can you believe it? I’m in Paris! ?? The City of Lights! The City of Love! The City of... well, everything fabulously chic and exciting! And of course, the City of Tutus! ?
Getting here was half the fun, honestly. It wouldn’t be a true Pink Tutu adventure without a bit of train travel, and the EuroStar never disappoints. Such a stylish way to whizz through the countryside. I felt like I was stepping straight out of a ballet scene! ?
But enough about me (well, not really, I can talk about tutus all day), let’s talk about Paris!
From the moment the train pulled into Gare du Nord, the air hummed with that Parisian energy – a mix of sophisticated charm and buzzing excitement.
I’m staying in a gorgeous little hotel just a stone’s throw from the Eiffel Tower, and let me tell you, it's everything I dreamed of. All those Parisian balconies and chic Parisian window boxes – so very Instagrammable! Now, I’ve barely been here for 12 hours, but I've already managed to cram in so much! Here’s what went down:
A Touch of Pink in Paris
The first stop on my itinerary: shopping! I know, I know, shocking, right? ?
Seriously, I had to get a few things to add to my Pink Tutu Paris collection – some chic scarves to top off my outfits, a pair of dainty French-style earrings, and a gorgeous pink floral-patterned dress – perfect for a stroll down the Champs-Élysées.
The streets of Paris are literally a sea of style. So many beautiful boutiques and vintage stores, I couldn't resist browsing them all! I saw the most incredible leather jackets, the most unique brooches, and the most breathtaking vintage hats! Paris is a paradise for any fashion enthusiast, but it’s especially magical if you’re a pink tutu girl like me!
Let’s Dance!
Of course, I couldn't come to Paris without experiencing the city's ballet scene! My heart was already singing before I even entered the legendary Palais Garnier Opera House.
Oh my goodness, what a spectacular venue! Imagine glittering chandeliers, intricate carvings, velvet seats – the ultimate backdrop for a night of magical performances! It’s a sight to behold, and I haven't even seen a single dancer yet!
I’ve got a ticket for a show tonight, a special production of "Giselle," and I am so excited! The story, the costumes, the music, everything about "Giselle" just makes my ballerina heart beat faster. Can’t wait to see it performed in such a magnificent theatre!
Bonjour, Crêpes!
It’s not just ballet and fashion that Paris has to offer – you can't come here without indulging in some truly heavenly French cuisine! I’m a huge fan of crêpes, and I had my first one just outside the opera house! A light and fluffy treat filled with rich Nutella and sweet berries – so good, so French, so… perfect!
The French way of life is so wonderful – savouring every moment, taking time to chat with friends, and enjoying delicious food and beautiful surroundings.
Sunset Romance
Speaking of beautiful surroundings, the Eiffel Tower. I have to say, it's even more spectacular in person than it is in pictures! Standing at the foot of that iconic tower, with the sunset painting the sky in shades of pink (what a coincidence!) it was a moment I’ll never forget.
This is Paris at its most romantic, with the gentle sound of laughter drifting through the air and the sweet scent of jasmine in the evening breeze.
Sharing the Pink Love
Now, you know me – my passion for pink tutus is contagious! I’m not ashamed to admit that I’ve already started spreading the love in Paris! ?
I spotted a sweet little girl wearing a pink tutu while shopping for souvenirs – it was meant to be! We had the most adorable conversation, her little face just beaming with delight! I swear, I saw a few Parisian heads turning to see the sight!
It’s those little moments that truly make a trip special. And Paris, you see, you’re truly making me happy – filled with inspiration and the magic of pink!
The Next Chapter
Of course, my adventures in Paris have only just begun! I’ve got a full schedule planned – visiting iconic museums, exploring quaint hidden courtyards, enjoying the delicious pastries in charming cafes… and, of course, wearing the most beautiful pink tutus!
