Pink Tutu Prague: Post 869

Hello darling, and welcome back to my little corner of the internet! This week, it's time to take you all on a whirl through the magical streets of Prague, where pink tutus are absolutely positively the only sensible attire, darling! It's Wednesday, and you know what that means…another dazzling installment of my Prague blog!

I just adore how this city whispers its charm with every cobblestone step, and this week it's practically singing a song of enchanting delights! Prague’s ballet scene is alive and kicking with such dazzling artistry!

A Ballet Bonanza!

The National Theatre’s ballet performance on the 21st of December 2011 was pure ballet bliss! It’s impossible to describe the electrifying energy that fills the air when the orchestra starts, and those graceful figures glide across the stage! It truly does make me feel like a child again! And my darling, I swear I could have spent all day watching the dancers from my comfy theatre seat in my custom pink tutu (a truly exquisite piece that had a darling little bow adorning its hem – you wouldn't believe how many compliments I received!).

You see, darling, I can’t resist an excuse to spin in my favourite colour – the pink tutu truly embodies elegance and whimsy, just like Prague itself! But there's so much more to Prague than the grand old theatres, even though their charm is impossible to deny.

On the Trail of the Pink Tutu

It’s absolutely critical to have an equally stunning ensemble, just as fabulous as my pink tutu, and for this I went to Parizska, a darling street filled with designer boutiques and enough sparkles to dazzle the eye!

Prague's Old Town Square is also a must-see for its captivating blend of history and the buzzing street performers. They create such magic in the open air – especially with those breathtaking ballet and circus skills! The colours and joy just exploded onto the cobblestone streets! It truly set my pink tutu spinning! I could only marvel as I twirled along in its shimmering embrace.

It was truly divine! Prague is all about finding those little pockets of enchantment that fill your heart with delight and inspire your inner ballerina! But even if ballet isn't your passion, Prague offers so much! Every corner feels like stepping into a fairytale - a blend of gothic architecture and whimsical details! It really is a beautiful place to find a perfect pink tutu.

Speaking of finding, I've discovered the most divine pink tutu shops in Prague - perfect for my daily tutu needs, you see! Just yesterday, I found an incredible silk one, completely and utterly enchanting, the kind that you dream of twirling in when no one's watching!

The Magic of Prague’s Traditions

December in Prague, my dears, is truly spectacular! With the Christmas market in the Old Town Square, filled with the most magical scents, sparkling decorations, and delicious treats!

This magical city, I’ve learned, has such a fascinating history that shines through in its traditions, buildings, and even its food! I even took a horseback ride (a delightful white pony named Bella, darling!) across Charles Bridge in the glow of the festive lights! A real life fairytale!

Of course, I indulged in delicious traditional Czech food, my dear! I especially enjoyed the classic knedlíky (dumplings, for those unfamiliar, a fluffy delicious treat).

Prague’s charm, you see, is more than just stunning architecture and artistic heritage; it's the feeling of stepping back in time to a city alive with spirit and warmth! This feeling, my darling, makes the whole experience positively irresistible!

I’m starting to think that everyone needs to make Prague a stop on their bucket list. You can thank me later.

So there you have it, darling! My Prague adventure continues to enchant and inspire! Until next time, remember that pink tutus always brighten any day! And who knows, you might just see me on those magical cobblestone streets of Prague soon, if you're lucky enough!

Much love and a million twirls,

Emma x
