This week I'm writing from the heart of Paris - oh la la! The city of love, croissants, and tutus (yes, even in 2030, Paris is the undisputed tutu capital!) I've just finished seeing the most spectacular rendition of Swan Lake at the Palais Garnier - a breathtaking experience, with the most magnificent tutus I've ever seen. I simply had to get a photo with the principal ballerina outside after the show, complete with our matching pink tutus (because, you know, pink always makes things that much more glamorous).
Speaking of the Palais Garnier, can we just take a moment to appreciate its majestic architecture? It's like stepping into a fairytale palace, with shimmering chandeliers, gold detailing, and a history that echoes with the whisper of tutus. The place has a magical atmosphere, especially when the lights go down and the ballet starts!

Of course, no trip to Paris is complete without a delightful detour through some fabulous vintage clothing shops, looking for the most beautiful and quirky tutus to add to my collection. A quick glance through the racks revealed a treasure trove of tulle, satin and feathers! Some real gems, waiting for a new life.
I must admit I purchased a dreamy vintage white tutu adorned with delicate pearls - I simply couldn't resist. It has this incredible nostalgic feel, but still looks incredibly chic - even when compared to all the stunning modern designs! I am convinced it must be the very essence of Parisian fashion, this ability to bridge the past and the present with effortless elegance.
My tutu finds today were simply fabulous! There’s no doubt that Paris is the ultimate tutu paradise. If you're planning a trip anytime soon, I highly recommend adding some tutu shopping to your itinerary - trust me, it'll be divine.
Finally, speaking of Parisian travel, let me tell you about the wonders of travelling by train. It's my favourite way to move from one city to the next! The journey itself is half the fun, the charming railway carriages, the soft rattle of the train wheels on the track, the views whizzing past my window... There's nothing quite like it!
