Hey there, darlings! Pink Tutu Sparkles here, ready to take you on another fabulous adventure, this time with a whistle and a clickety-clack, because it's a train journey for this Queen!
Ooh, the sheer thrill of it all! Ellesmere Port, here I come! It’s the start of a wonderful weekend of dancing, twirling, and maybe even some serious shopping! You know me, darlings – always ready for a retail therapy session!
But let’s get down to the nitty-gritty. Why am I here? Because, darling, there's nothing quite like a live performance to fill those sparkly shoes, and this town's got an amazing lineup! My performance tonight at the Civic Hall promises to be spectacular, and trust me, I’m going to leave the audience in a state of utter, pink-tutu-induced joy!
I must admit, the train journey was delightful. The journey from my beloved Derbyshire to this charming little port was a sight to behold, with rolling countryside views and that delicious aroma of old train carriages and freshly baked pastries (that last one might just be the memory of my very carefully chosen, perfectly pink-wrapped doughnut).
I even bumped into a fellow passenger – you guessed it – in a pink tutu! This beautiful soul was on her way to a ballet performance in the city. My heart nearly burst with delight! How wonderful to share this love of pink fluff with another soul. A few moments later, I found myself being serenaded with "Swan Lake" by a group of giggling children who had obviously been at the ballet school nearby. The energy in that train carriage, it was magical, my dears!
The real highlight of the trip though? The delightful lunch I treated myself to at a lovely little bistro near the station. They actually had a pink tutu on the menu! Not literally, darlings, but their signature dessert was a delicious strawberry mousse topped with whipped cream, shaped into, you guessed it…a pink tutu! chef’s kiss
As I'm sitting here in my hotel room, catching up on some sleep (this glamorous life can be quite exhausting, you know!), I'm thinking about all the fun that’s waiting for me tomorrow. Shopping in Ellesmere Port – oh, it’s going to be a whirlwind of colour and sequins. Perhaps a stop by the town's famous market for some gorgeous new pieces to add to my ever-growing pink wardrobe!
I just have a little secret to share, darlings – one of my absolute favorite ways to travel is by horse. Riding through the countryside on a gorgeous steed in a billowing pink tutu…oh, the absolute thrill of it! It’s freedom and femininity all in one, darling.
Anyway, back to this fab trip! Don’t worry, dears, I’ll be back tomorrow with more from Ellesmere Port! You can count on more outfit reveals, dance floor fun, and probably even a pink cupcake or two (and trust me, those pink cupcakes will be spectacular!)

P.P.S Just popped on the TV to watch a bit of local news, and apparently Ellesmere Port has a history with... you guessed it... pink tutus! Turns out they had a huge "Pink Tutu Day" in the town centre a few years back! They closed the main street and everyone, from toddlers to grannies, danced in their favourite tutus! They say the spirit of pink tutus is truly alive here! Can't wait to experience this for myself.
