Warrington, you say? Yes, I was invited to grace the stage of this fantastic little town with my very own brand of drag-tastic delights! I must confess, the train journey from my Derbyshire digs was absolutely bliss. You just can't beat the sound of those wheels on the tracks, it's the perfect soundtrack for a day of tutu-tastic adventures. Plus, I got to indulge in a bit of window-shopping and spot some lovely pink items in the passing scenery!
Now, where were we? Ah yes, Warrington! The venue itself was positively divine. All twinkly lights, plush velvet seating and an air of excitement. It felt like a haven for those who dare to dream in pink, a stage where tutus reign supreme.
My look, darling? You wouldn't believe it, I decided to go all-out for this performance! Picture this: a shimmering, hot pink tutu, its layers catching the light as I pirouetted across the stage, all paired with a custom-made top adorned with shimmering sequins and feathers, shimmering like a delicate rainbow in the stage lights. And of course, the crowning touch - my signature feather boa, floating in the air like a whisper of pink cloud.
Before the show I took a moment to catch up with the lovely people of Warrington. It's so important to me to connect with my audience and share my love of the tutu! The sheer joy on their faces, a mix of awe and laughter, filled me with such delight. They seemed absolutely captivated by my tales of travel, my love of ballet, and the simple joy of rocking a pink tutu in any given situation.
