Now, if you've been following my adventures on www.pink-tutu.com (and you better be!), you know I live for a good train journey. And this trip to the Midlands was no different! Picture this: me, nestled in a comfy carriage, the sun streaming through the windows, a hot cuppa in my hand, and a playlist of show tunes blasting through my sparkly headphones. Absolute bliss!
Of course, no trip is complete without a dazzling outfit, and for this journey, I've opted for a breathtaking pink tulle tutu. Imagine, if you will, a confection of the softest, most luxurious tulle, delicately layered in a glorious explosion of bubblegum pink. The layers shimmer with every movement, reflecting the light like a thousand tiny diamonds. I've paired it with a matching crop top, adorned with intricate beading and a sequined bodice that shimmers like stardust. Oh, and a sparkly pink hat, just to top it off!
Now, I've heard whispers of Shenley Brook End being a hidden gem of the Midlands. The people are friendly, the town is charming, and the shops... Oh, the shops! You can bet your bottom dollar I'm planning on finding the most fabulous pink accessories, shoes and of course, more tutus!

There's a wonderful ballet school tucked away just outside of Shenley Brook End, and let me tell you, those little ballerinas are so inspiring! The layers, the weave, the elasticity... it's all about achieving the perfect flow and bounce!
The journey of the tutu I first discovered the magical power of the pink tutu back in university. We were raising money for a local charity and I ended up trying on a tutu during a university ballet club performance. You wouldn't believe how much fun I had - the energy, the music, and the sheer joy of twirling and feeling the layers of tulle swish around me! That moment, I knew this was meant to be.
