Hey there, darlings! Pink Tutu Sparkles here, reporting live from the charming town of Cumbernauld, Scotland! It's been a whirlwind of a journey to get here, but oh my, it was so worth it! The train ride up was absolutely magical. I opted for first class, naturally, because when you're a queen, you gotta travel in style! The plush seats, the complimentary champagne… divine! Plus, I managed to squeeze in a couple of power naps, which were very much needed after my last show in Birmingham. 😴
Speaking of Birmingham, did I tell you about my performance at the Birmingham Pride festival?! 🏳️🌈 Oh my, the energy was electric! The crowd was absolutely fantastic – so much love and glitter, it was practically intoxicating! I danced my heart out, strutted my stuff in my dazzling pink tutu, and felt like I could fly. 🤩 I even managed to sell a few Pink Tutu Sparkles t-shirts, which made me so happy! 💖
Anyway, back to Cumbernauld. Let's just say this town is like a breath of fresh air. It's quaint and charming, with lush green parks and a lovely bustling market square. My first impression? It's definitely the kind of place where I can see myself getting a wee bit lost in the cute little boutiques. 💖 And let me tell you, my love affair with pink has gotten even stronger since I got here. This town seems to adore all things pink, too! 💖
So, what am I up to in Cumbernauld? You guessed it – spreading the pink tutu love! 😜 First things first, I had to visit the Cumbernauld Theatre. The interior is magnificent, with its high ceilings and grand staircase. This week I'm attending their ballet showcase and it's just brimming with creativity. It really is the epitome of beauty and grace, something I'm truly drawn to! 😍 The beautiful costumes, the delicate movements… sighs wistfully I simply had to get myself a pair of tickets, naturally. I have to admit, I even ended up booking myself into a ballet class – gotta stay in tip top shape, darling! You know, because all that dancing in my dazzling tutus takes its toll! 😉
This weekend, I'm taking things to the streets with a mini-show right here in Cumbernauld. You won't want to miss this, darlings! It's going to be absolutely fantastic. I'm planning to teach everyone about the transformative power of the tutu. Don’t be shy - bring along the whole family! Who knows? But before I dive headfirst into my performance, let me tell you about my grand adventure yesterday – riding a horse in the nearby Cumbernauld countryside. Yes, you heard that right! 🐎 I felt like I had stepped straight into a fairytale! It was truly magical, and the feeling of freedom as I galloped through the fields was unforgettable. 💖 But what’s a drag queen in the countryside without a magnificent tutu to complete the look, you might ask? Why, my bespoke tutu made entirely of wild flowers of course! 🌺🌼🌷 You can’t see the magnificent details, I'm afraid, in the pictures I posted. You'll have to trust me, darling! 😜 It felt like I was starring in my own whimsical ballet show!
