Portsmouth's Tutu Tuesday: A Celebration of Twirling, Pink and All Things Disco! Hey fabulous peeps! Your girl Ellie here, back with a fresh take on all things fashionable and twirl-worthy. As a ballerina (yes, a real one!), there's one thing I can never get enough of - and that, my darlings, is tutus. So, when I heard about Portsmouth's #TutuTuesday, I knew I had to join the party. Let me tell you, Tuesday night was a dazzling affair. Picture this: The cobbled streets of Portsmouth buzzing with laughter, the air electric with anticipation, and, of course, a sea of colourful tutus. I mean, have you ever seen so many fabulous frocks? * There were classic, knee-length tutus in classic pink and black, perfect for that ballerina look, * some went for a whimsical, multi-layered tutu with delicate lace details - all that tutus, darling! * A few brave souls were rocking those fun, short and sparkly ones - perfect for a sassy disco twirl. I myself was going for that "Pink Lady meets disco diva" look, with a soft pink tulle tutu (gotta stay true to my fave colour!) paired with a sparkly crop top and shimmering platform shoes. Oh, the fabulousness! And then there was the highlight of the evening: the #DiscoSnail! It was truly the ultimate in sassy disco chic, slithering through the crowds with a dazzling rainbow shell and glitter-bombed tentacles. Everyone was obsessed! I'd say the evening was a resounding success. The city's vibe was magical and the smiles were plentiful - truly a reminder that sometimes, all we need is a bit of glitter and twirling to make the world a happier place.
